Your plans have not <br />been epproved due to the following deficiencfes. When these items <br />have been corrected, the District will reconsider your application tor plan <br />approval. <br />1. A tood preparatfon sink is required ii fresh vegetables are prepared <br />as a standard menu ftem. Sinks used for handwashing or equipment <br />or utensil washing shall not be used for food preparation. There shall <br />be no direct connections between the sewerage system and any <br />drains originating from equipment in which food is placed. This <br />includes ice machines and vegetable prep sinks. <br />2, Provide a complete finfsh schedulo including floors, walls and ceiling. <br />Floors, walls and ceiling of the tood preparation and scullery area <br />shall be light•colored, smooth, nonabsorbent and easily cleanable. <br />Please call me at your earliest convenience should you have any <br />questions.
