Broadway, Everett, Washington <br />Dear Ms. Wong: <br />As per our telephone conversation on May 22, 1990, the <br />following items were agreed upon in regard to my plan <br />review letter of May 11, 1990 for the above referenced <br />facility. <br />1. Vegetable preparation wlll be done in the existing sink <br />provided that all utensils and washable equipment are <br />able to go through the dishmachine. This sink will be <br />drafned indirectly and will be used for no other purpose <br />than vegetable washing. <br />2. The walls and ceiling ir� the kitchen are sealed <br />sheetrock.
