Statement of Work <br /> SUCCESS CRITERIA <br /> Project Success Criteria is defined as delivery of specific business capabilities, as follows: <br /> o Developing and deploying the scope and steps necessary for all deliverables <br /> listed in the table above. <br /> o Eliminating the dependency on physical paper reports for bulk data-entry <br /> tasks into JIS. <br /> o Reducing data-entry errors <br /> o Creating a re-useable platform for all future data-integration efforts with <br /> AOC's JIS system. <br /> ASSUMPTIONS <br /> Certain assumptions and premises need to be defined to identify and estimate the <br /> required tasks and timing for the project. <br /> ➢ The Project Plan(s) assume(s) no key interdependencies with other initiatives. <br /> Interdependencies and their impacts will be described as they are identified. <br /> • Collection agency, AOC, and various Court customers will provide any standards <br /> that need to be followed prior to the work being planned and commenced. <br /> ➢ Everett will support this initiative by allowing CodeSmart Inc to interview key staff <br /> during scheduled meetings and interviews. <br /> ➢ Court customers will support this initiative by establishing RACF ID's and a DVOL <br /> Test environment for CodeSmart to verify system functionality. <br /> ➢ Everett and Court customers will participate in the integration and quality <br /> assurance testing prior to the go-live production launch date. <br /> • AOC will comply with Court customer requests to provide security accounts for <br /> CodeSmart to complete the work defined herein. <br /> Costs and Payment Schedule <br /> • Everette agrees to fund $2,500 for the total effort, due within thirty days after <br /> implementation of the services by and between online vendor, Everett Municipal <br /> Court, and AOC. <br /> • Everett agrees to pay the annual maintenance fee associated with server <br /> maintenance and systems upkeep as outlined in the Service Contract.The annual <br /> maintenance will be based on the number of payments posted and service <br /> maintenance. <br /> Master Services Agreement <br /> This statement of work is subject to the terms stated in the Master Services Agreement <br /> effective October 31, 2018.
