DETEF2MINATION OF NON-STGNIFICANC� <br /> SEPA � 149-89 <br /> DESCRSPTION Or PROPOSAL: The proposed action is issuance of <br /> perniLs to build and reconstruct dwellings on a two-parcel <br /> site of 16 ,100 square feet. The site current.ly has two <br /> single-family homes, a free-standing garage, and, located <br /> adjacent to the alley, a non-conforming dwelling with <br /> attached garage. A portion of the free-standing garage will <br /> be renoved so that three two-bedroom townhouses can be <br /> constructed. The two single-family dwellings will each be <br /> converted to three-bedroom dunlex units . One of the duplex <br /> units will be designed for handicap access. The <br /> non-conforming dwelling unit with attached garage will not <br /> be altered. Thus , the current site with three dwelling <br /> units will be rebuilt Por a total of eight units. Seven of <br /> these units require permits. A total of 14 new parking <br /> places will be provided in addition to the garage attached <br /> to the existing dwelling unit on the alley.
