Install a concrete sidewalk along the 33rd Street <br /> property frontage. Install driveway entrance per City of <br /> Everett Standard �308. (SEPA Transportation Policies) <br /> 8 . A fire hydrant is required within 200 driving feet but <br /> not closer than FO feet, of every structure per ordinance <br /> 473-80 . (SEPA Public Services and Utilities Policies) <br /> 2 <br />
