SEPA # 149-89 CITY OF EVERETT PuWtc Waks Dept DESCRIPTION OF PROPOSAL: The proposed action is issuance of permit� to build and reconstruct dwellings on a two-parcel site of 16,100 square feet. The site currently has two single-family homes, a free-standing garage, and, located adjacent to the alley, a non-conformi.nq dwelling with attached garage. A portion of the free-standing garage will be removed so that three two-bedroom townhouses can be constructed. The two single-family dwellings will each be converted to three-bedroom duplex units. One of the duplex units will be designed for handicap access. The non-conforming dwellinq unit with attached garage will not be altered. Thus, the current site with three dwelling units will be rebuilt for a total of eight units. Seven of these units require permits. A total of 14 new parking places will be provided in addition to the garage attached to the existing dwellinq unit on the alley. No filling is proposed. PROPONENT: AOUSING HOPE P. 0.
