Install a concrete sidewalk along the 33rd S�reet <br /> property frontage. Install driveway entrance per City of <br /> Everett Standard #308. (SEPA Transportation Policies) <br /> 8. A fire hydrant is required within 200 driving feet but <br /> not closer than 50 feet, of every structure per Ordinance <br /> 473-80. (SEPA Public Services and Utilities Policies) <br /> 2 <br />
