As such, the $2.0 Million in Federal funds is not at risk and we can proceed with Federal <br /> participation. <br /> We will need to do a Change Order to the construction contract moving any and all elevator components to a separate <br /> schedule that will be recorded as "Local Funds Only" with no Federal participation so it is very clear that the elevator and <br /> its components were not purchased with grant proceeds. <br /> Here's to some good news on a Thursday. <br /> X <br /> Shaun M.
