• <br /> November 21, 2018 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at <br /> 12:30 p.m., November 21, 2018, in the City Council Chambers of the <br /> William E. Moore Historic City Hall, Council President Roberts presiding. <br /> Upon roll call, it was found that Council Members Roberts, Moore, Murphy, <br /> McNeal, Bader, and Tuohy were present. Mayor Franklin and Council <br /> Member Stonecipher were excused. <br /> Council Member McNeal led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the November 14, 2018, City Council meeting were <br /> approved as printed. Council Member McNeal abstained from the vote. <br /> MAYOR <br /> Mayor Franklin was excused. <br /> COUNCIL • <br /> Council members wished citizens, staff, and colleagues a happy <br /> Thanksgiving. <br /> Council members thanked Council Member McNeal for her heartfelt service <br /> and dedication to the City and Everett citizens. <br /> President Roberts on behalfofthe <br /> h Everett CityCouncil and citizens <br /> presented Council Member McNeal with a memorial in recognition of her <br /> service as a council member. <br /> n <br /> Council Member Bader provided a liaison report on his attendance at the <br /> Transportation Advisory Committee meeting. <br /> Council Member McNeal stated that it was an honor and a pleasure to serve <br /> on the Council. She thanked her colleagues and Mayor Franklin for their <br /> support. Council Member McNeal encouraged everyone to work together in <br /> unity.
