(21) Award contract for the construction of the Watermain Replacement "T" Project to Interwest Construction Inc., in the amount of $2,106,730.68, including Washington State sales tax. (22) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 12 to the Professional Services Agreement with Systems Design for emergency medical transport fee billing services extending the Agreement to December 31, 2021.
