We have <br /> also revised drawings 11/15/12 to reflect the requested corrections. All items refer to the <br /> numbered comments from your letter. <br /> General <br /> 1. The site plan includes required parking calculations, p�oposed demolition, proposed <br /> parking, and accessible route/entrance to the building. In addition the property lines are <br /> indicated. A separete landscape plan is inc:uded. <br /> 2. The wall legend describes wall types inciuding existing walls, existing walls to be <br /> removed, and new walls. Additionally the stairs are noted as new construction. <br /> 3. New walls and floor ceilings are detailed with targets and GA file numbers. <br /> 4. The applicable codes are listed on A-1 <br /> Construction <br /> 1. The rated shaft enclosure is included between the basement flight of stairs and the <br /> remainder of the sVucture. <br /> 2. The door schedule includes hardware groups, glazing & energy information/CPD# <br /> a. All new doors accessing occupied spaces are a minimum 2'-10" x 6'-B" <br /> b. Hardware groups are include to meet accessibility requirements <br /> c. Door hardware mounting height is included. See A-2 <br /> d. A vision lite is indicated on door elevation(s). <br /> e. Safely glazing is included on the door elevation. <br /> 3. Ventilation: The operable windows are noted. Air flow requiremenls are noted and will <br /> be addressed on a separate mechanical permit. <br /> 4. Insulation values are noted at new exterior wall locations. <br /> 5. The stairs are recon(igured. It should be noted that the stair connecting first and second <br /> floors is the single egress stair. <br /> G. Handrails are indicated on each side oi the stair. <br /> 7. Handrail section and mounting height are detailed. <br /> 8. All guardrail locations are noted on site where grade change exceeds 30". <br /> Accessibility <br /> 1. The accessible van stall and access route are dimensioned on the site pian. See A-1 <br /> 2. Accessible signage is indica' :d on the drawings. <br /> 3. The accessible building entrance on the south side of the building is included on A-1 <br /> 4.
