The landscaping, buffering and screening of buildings, parking, loading anJ <br />storage areas, especiaily as they relate to more sensitive land uses. <br />Findin : The applicant is nol proposing any changes to the on-site landscaping, buffering or <br />screening. <br />Conclusion: Tlie applicant is proposing to add tluee (3) antennas to an exisiing monopole <br />communications facility aiid the subject proposal does not lrigger any landscaping or screening <br />requirements per the Everett Municipal Code. <br />8. The generation of nuisance irritants such as noise, smoke, dust, odor, glare, visual <br />bliflht or other undesirable impacts. <br />Findin : The proposed antenna modificatie�s �.vill not generate any additional nuisance irritants <br />at the existing site. Please see enclosed photo simulations for changed to the visual impact of <br />the site. <br />Conclusion: The project w�ll not generate any nuisance irritants such as noise, smoke, dust, <br />odor, glare, visual blight. <br />9. Consistency with the goals and policies of the Everett General Plan for the area and <br />land use desic�nation in wtiicii the property is located. <br />Findin : Tlie proposed construclion is a modification to a co-location on an existing site. Co- <br />locations minimize the need for n=_w siles, which are much more invasive to the community than <br />a co-localion on an existing structure. The code specifically states that installation or co-location <br />of antennas on exisiing or replacemenl towers or structures shall be preferred unless the <br />proponent can demonslrate lhat a netiv stni�!ure is necessary to adequately serve the needs of <br />the public. <br />Conclusion: The use is consistent widi the General Plan and the Everett Municipal Code. <br />Within residenti�l zones, wireless facilities are an allo��red use, subject lo siting guidelines found <br />under f_MC 41.150.D.1.b and the granting of a permit under Type II process (due to location in a <br />residential zoneJ <br />10. Compliance with the provisions of this title and other City, State and Federal <br />Regulations. <br />Findin : All necessary huildiny and associated permits must be obtained for the proposal prior <br />to construction. <br />Conclusion: The Froposal will comply with the provisions of the Cily's Zoning Code and tlie <br />applicant must obtain any required State andlor Federal permits. <br />3' <br />
