DECISION: <br />The Planning Director in accordance with Section 41.150C of the Everett Municipal <br />Code has approved a modiflcation of the wireless communicatfons facility at 5828 <br />Glen�vood Avenue in Everett, Washington suUject to the following condition: <br />1) The applicant must obtain Building and/or Electrical Permits from the Everett <br />Build(ng Department. <br />Right to Appeal: <br />The applicant or owner of property located adjacent to the subject property or any property <br />owner who deems himseif aggrieved and wiil thereby suffer a direct impact from the proposal <br />may appeal the Planning �irector's determination as to whether or not the proposal should be <br />approved. Any such appeal must be filed within fourtee� (14) days of the date specified below. <br />Appeal (orms are available from the Planning Office at 3200 Cedar Street, 2nd Floor, Everett, <br />and must be submitted along with the required filing fee.
