Above ground � communications facilities shall be designed so as to be lowest <br />hPight possible to adequately serve the needs of the public for the proposed utility <br />or communication service. <br />FindinA: No height increase to ihe existing tlagpote is proposed. <br />7. Maintenance or replacement of existing utility or communications faciiities, and the <br />installation of new utility poles, light poles or standards, switch cabinets, pad <br />mount transformers or otlier similar utility of communicatfons facilities of a minor <br />nature and small scale are exempt from this section. <br />Findin : Tliis modification includes tlie addition of three (3) antennas tu an existing monopole <br />and is vdithin the 20-foot limit allowed by the EMC. <br />10. To the extent provided by law, the City may require utility or communications <br />service provider to allow up to two additional service �.roviders to be located on <br />shared facilities to discourac�e the proliferation of tower structures, consistent <br />with technological feasibility. The review authority may allow an additional ZO feet <br />in tower height per additional provider to accommodate collocation. <br />Findin : N!A <br />11. Utility ur communication facilities which require towers fur which safety lights are <br />required by the FAA shall not be permitted unless the applicant demonstrates that <br />such a facility in the proposed location and at such a height is ne��ssary to <br />adequately serve the needs of the public for the proposed utility or ciimmunications <br />service. <br />Findin : 71�is is a moditicaiion of an existing WCF and there is no lighting which is required by <br />the �AA. <br />12.
