-- ^ <br />IN THE MATTER OF THE APPLICATION OF <br />VOICESTREAM PCS III FOR APPROVAL OF <br />A SPECIAL PROPERTY USE PERMIT <br />ORDER <br />SPU #00-002 <br />On May 9, 2000, a Special Property Use Pertnit was issued for the development <br />of an unmanned radio communications facility on property located at 220 <br />Olympic Boulevard, Everett, Washington. The property is zoned B-2. On August <br />11, 2000, the Senior Planner handling the case for the City of Everett submitted a <br />memorandum to the Hearing Examiner seeking administrative appeal for <br />modification of the location of the proposed fldgpole. Attached hereto and <br />incorporated as part of this hearing is a copy of the memorandum to the Hearing <br />Examiner. . <br />A review has been made of the Planner's request. Based on the infortnation <br />presented, the location of the concrete slab for the flagpole on the subject <br />property is a minor mod�cation and no additional hearings must be held. <br />The minor mod�cation is granted.
