The SEPA Addendum is not <br />subject to public notification nor subject to appeals. <br />Enclosed for your review is the letter from Tem L. Spencer fbrtnally requesting your approval of <br />the revised site plan for the Voice Stream PCS facility. I am also enclosing 8" x 11" copies of <br />the approved site plan and the revised site plan for your review.
