Such officers, <br /> upon becoming eligible, may choose to participate in either plan, however, <br /> 22 in no case shall any officer by eligible to participate concurrently in both plans. <br /> 23 The following shall be the longevity schedule, based upon years of service, <br /> the amount of which shall be added to and considered a part of, base pay: <br /> 24 <br /> After completion of 4 years, $ 25.00 per month. <br /> 25 After completion of 8 years, $ 50.00 per month. <br /> 26 After completion of 12 years, $ 75.00 per month. { <br /> After completion of 16 years, $100.00 per month. <br /> 27 <br /> The following shall be the educational incentive plan schedule, based upon <br /> 28 receipt of approved college credits.
