• <br /> 1 may be granted. Such pay may not be received during the initial nine month <br /> 2 probationary period. <br /> 3 After completion of 45 credits, $25.00 per month. <br /> After completion of 90 credits, $50.00 per month. <br /> 4 After completion of 135 credits, $75.00 per month. <br /> After receiving a B.S . or B.A. degree, $100.00 per month. <br /> 5 <br /> Section 9: <br /> 6 <br /> Bus Operators, who are requested by their supervisors to act as Bus Operator <br /> trainers, shall be paid $1.00 per hour premium pay in addition to their regular <br /> 8 hourly rate. <br /> 9 Section 10: <br /> 10 Employees receiving promotions will advance to the step in the higher classifi- <br /> cation pay range which is higher than the step they were at in the range of the <br /> 11 lower classification. Upon promotion, the employee's anniversary date for <br /> 12 future step pay increases will become the date upon which the promotion <br /> became effective. <br /> 13 <br /> Section 11: <br /> 14 <br /> Upon demotion, an employee shall be paid either at the step in the lower pay <br /> 15 range which is an amount equal to the step he had been at in the higher classifi- <br /> cation or at the highest step of the lower classification if all of the steps of the <br /> 16 lower range are below the step the employee had been at in the higher classifi- <br /> 17 cation. <br /> 18 Section 12: <br /> 19 All persons, other than those in pay range prefaced "H" , who are paid on an <br /> hourly basis as hereinafter or herein set forth shall be considered and be Day <br /> 20 Laborers as defined by the City Charter governing Civil Service. <br /> 21 Section 13: <br /> 22 <br /> Pursuant to the Comprehensive Employment and Training Act of 1973, and as <br /> 23 may be amended, hereinafter referred to as "CETA" , the Mayor is hereby <br /> authorized to hire such employees in accordance with the terms of the <br /> 24 Comprehensive Employment and Training Act and such agreements as the <br /> Mayor, pursuant to his prior authorization to contract for employees under <br /> 25 the Comprehensive Employment and Training Act may enter. <br /> 26 All CETA employees shall be paid in accordance with the above salary schedule <br /> 27 and their job title shall be prefaced by the symbol CETA. <br /> 28 <br /> 29 <br /> 30 <br /> 31 <br /> 32 <br />
