1 2. An application fee of $100 shall be paid upon <br /> 2 submittal of the application, said fee to be non- <br /> 3 refundable. <br /> 4 <br /> 5 3 . PRD applications shall be heard at any regularly <br /> 6 scheduled monthly Commission meeting. <br /> 7 <br /> 8 4 . Applications shall contain the following elements : <br /> 9 <br /> 10 a. A legal description of the total site proposed <br /> 11 for development, present and proposed ownership, <br /> 12 names and addresses of all property owners <br /> 13 within 500 feet of the project. <br /> 14 <br /> 15 b. A description of the project, including a <br /> 16 statement of planning objectives to be achieved <br /> 17 by the proposed PRD through the specific ap- <br /> 18 proach being taken by the applicant. This <br /> 19 statement shall include a description of the <br /> 20 character of the proposed development and <br /> 21 the rationale behind the choices made by the <br /> 22 applicant. Additionally, a statement shall <br /> 23 be made relating the proposed project to <br /> 24 the City ' s comprehensive plan. <br /> 25 <br /> 26 c. A development schedule indicating the proposed <br /> 27 beginning and completion dates of the PRD <br /> 28 or stages of development. <br /> 29 <br /> 30 d. Data on: number and type of dwelling units; <br /> 31 parcel size; proposed lot coverage of buildings <br /> 32 <br /> -14- <br />
