A site plan, preliminary plat and/or any other <br /> 6 graphic material necessary to show the major <br /> 7 details of the proposed PRD containing the <br /> 8 following information where appropriate. <br /> 9 <br /> 10 (1) Data required by Chapter 18 . 24 . 040 , <br /> 11 Everett Municipal Code (Subdivision) <br /> 12 where the PRD is to be jointly platted. <br /> 13 <br /> 14 (2) The existing site conditions , including <br /> 15 drainage patterns, unique physical fea- <br /> 16 tures, and an inventory of all trees <br /> 17 over 6" in diameter. <br /> 18 <br /> 19 (3) The location and floor area size of all <br /> 20 existing and proposed buildings, struc- <br /> 21 tures, and other improvements, including <br /> 22 maximum heights, types of dwellings, <br /> 23 and density per type. Also gross and <br /> 24 net densities shall be identified. <br /> 25 <br /> 26 (4) The location and size in acres and square <br /> 27 <br /> feet of all areas to be conveyed, dedi- <br /> 28 cated, or reserved as open space (common, <br /> 29 private, or public) .
