Scope of Preliminary Approval <br /> 3 <br /> 4 Preliminary approval does not constitute approval to <br /> 5 obtain any building permits nor begin construction <br /> 6 of the project. <br /> 7 <br /> 8 H. Failure to Submit Final Development Plan <br /> 9 <br /> 10 If the applicant fails to apply for final approval <br /> 11 for any reason within the time specified, (12 months) <br /> 12 the Planning Commission and Council shall reconsider <br /> 13 their action on the preliminary development plan and <br /> 14 the subsequent amendment to the zoning map. All future <br /> 15 plats and permits shall be subject to the requirements <br /> 16 of the basic zoning and subdivision codes unless a new <br /> 17 application for preliminary approval is submitted and <br /> 18 approved. <br /> 19 <br /> 20 I. Final Development Approval <br /> 21 <br /> 22 The final development plan shall consist of elements <br /> 23 presented for preliminary approval and the requirements <br /> 24 of Chapter 18 . 28 Everett Municipal Code. The procedure <br /> 25 involved in final approval shall consist of: <br /> 26 <br /> 27 1 .
