To allow the general public a fair opportunity <br /> 21 to participate. <br /> 22 <br /> 23 Section 2 Definitions <br /> 24 <br /> 25 A. Dwelling, one-family: A building containing only <br /> 26 one dwelling unit. The term is general, including <br /> 27 such specialized forms as one-family detached, <br /> 28 one-family semi-detached and one-family attached <br /> 29 (row houses, townhouses, patio and atrium houses <br /> 30 and the like if containing only one family) .
