The term attached <br /> 6 dwelling is intended to apply to row houses, town- <br /> 7 houses, patio or atrium houses, or any form however <br /> 8 termed which conforms to this definition. <br /> 9 <br /> 10 E. Gross Density: The total land area divided by <br /> 11 the number of units. <br /> 12 <br /> 13 F. Gross Project Area: The total project site minus <br /> 14 75% of the area in excess of 30% slope. <br /> 15 <br /> 16 G. Multi-family Dwelling: A building containing three <br /> 17 or more dwelling units. The term includes coopera- <br /> 18 tive apartments, condominiums, and the like. For <br /> 19 purposes of these regulations, regardless of how <br /> 20 rental units are equipped, any multi-family dwelling <br /> 21 in which units are available for rental periods <br /> 22 of less than one week shall be considered a hotel. <br /> 23 <br /> 24 H. Net Land Area means the gross project area minus <br /> 25 all streets , parking lots , and recreation facilities. <br /> 26 <br /> 27 I .
