• . <br /> 1 <br /> 2 This section provides basic guidelines for considering the <br /> 3 appropriate location for Planned Residential Development <br /> 4 Projects. <br /> 5 <br /> 6 A. PRD sites shall be so located with respect to <br /> 7 arterials so as to provide direct access to the <br /> 8 proposed project without creating unacceptable <br /> 9 volumes or character of traffic along minor streets <br /> 10 in adjacent neighborhoods. <br /> 11 <br /> 12 B. PRD sites shall be located in relation to sanitary <br /> 13 sewers, water lines, storm and surface drainage <br /> 14 systems and other utility systems that neither <br /> 15 extension or enlargement of such systems will be <br /> 16 required resulting in a higher net public cost <br /> 17 than would development in a form generally permitted <br /> 18 in that area. <br /> 19 <br /> 20 Section 4 Permitted Uses <br /> 21 <br /> 22 A. Permitted uses shall vary according to the under- <br /> 23 lying zones : <br /> Yr <br /> 24 USE ZONE PERMITTED <br /> 25 1.
