(1) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Professional Services Agreement with Gibson Media for Digital Marketing Campaigns. (2) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 to the Interlocal Agreement authorizing establishment of the Snohomish County Tourism Promotion Area. (3) CB 1812-68- 1st Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance creating a Special Improvement Project entitled "Small Capital Projects" Fund 354, Program 059, for small capital projects. (3rd and final reading on 1-2-19). PROPOSED ACTION ITEMS: (4) CB 1811-66-2nd Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance integrating the Housing and Community Development Citizen Advisory Committee and the Human Needs Citizen's Advisory Committee on Housing, Community Development, and Human Needs issues, amending Ordinance No. 342-74 and Ordinance 2975-07 and repealing Ordinance 1555-89. (3rd and final reading on 12-19-18). (5) CB 1811-67 — 2nd Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance creating a Special Improvement Project, entitled "Forterra Restoration Plan", Fund 354, Program 058, for the continued implementation of a restoration plan for several publicly owned urban forested areas within the City of Everett. (3rd and final reading on 12-19-18). CONSENT: (6) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $798,252.89 for the period of November 24, 2018 through November 30, 2018.
