(7) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing payroll claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $4,010,212.89 for the period ending November 24, 2018. (8) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing electronic transfer claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $6,135,457.33 for the period of October 1, 2018 through October 31, 2018. (9) Accept property donation of the site generally known as the Bayside Pea-Patch and authorize the Mayor to execute the Acceptance Agreement between City of Everett and Kimberly-Clark Worldwide for the property donation. (10) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with Alternative Technologies, LLC to provide asbestos abatement services for the Evergreen Branch Library Expansion Project at no additional cost to the city. (11) Authorize the Mayor to sign a Professional Services Agreement with 2812 Architecture to provide architectural and engineering services for the South Precinct Roof Replacement Project in an amount not to exceed $27,200.00. (12) Concur with the Recommendation of the Cultural Arts Commission and Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with Brian Borrello. (14) Adopt Resolution concerning 2018 Supplemental Community Development Block Grant and 2060 and 1990 Housing Trust Fund reallocations and Annual Action Plan Amendment. (15) Adopt Resolution establishing Human Needs Priorities for 2019 Human Needs Grant funding. (16) CB 1811-61- 3rd and final Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance establishing a separation Incentive Program for eligible City of Everett employees. (17) CB 1811-62 -3rd and final Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance relating to Tax Administration, amending Ordinance No. 2809-04 (Chapter 3.19 EMC), as amended.
