EXHIBIT B <br /> COMPENSATION <br /> ALTERNATE A(HOURLY RATE UP TO A MAXIMUM AMOUNT) <br /> The City shall pay the Service Provider a sum equal to the amount of hours actually worked multiplied by <br /> the rate identified herein for the staff performing the Work, subject to the maximum stated in 114(D) of <br /> this Agreement.
