December 12, 2018 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at <br /> 6:30 p.m., December 12, 2018, in the City Council Chambers of the <br /> William E. Moore Historic City Hall, Council President Roberts presiding. <br /> Upon roll call, it was found that Mayor Franklin and Council Members <br /> Roberts, Murphy, Vogeli, Bader, Stonecipher, and Tuohy were present. <br /> Council Member Moore was excused. <br /> Council Member Stonecipher led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the December 5, 2018, City Council meeting were approved <br /> as printed. <br /> MAYOR <br /> Mayor Franklin had no comments. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Council Member Stonecipher reported on her attendance at the meeting of <br /> the Board of Parks Commissioners last evening. <br /> President Roberts reminded the public that there would be no City Council <br /> meeting on Wednesday, December 26. He also announced the General <br /> Government Subcommittee is scheduled to meet on January 16, at 5:00 <br /> p.m., in the council chambers. President Roberts reported on his <br /> attendance today at a briefing by Gary Cohn, Superintendent of Everett <br /> Public Schools. He requested a similar briefing come before the Council at <br /> a future date. <br /> ADMINISTRATION UPDATE ON PRIOR BUSINESS <br /> Lyle Ryan, Chief of Staff, had no comments. <br /> 400 <br />
