Due to funding constraints, the construction is not due to begin until the midd;c nf.1n1; . <br />Since the permit expired last month, we are requesting an,extension until the end of November. <br />All of the funding is in place and the client has signed the necessary contracts with Snohomish <br />County Grants Administration. The project has bid and the Contract for Construction is <br />currently being reviewed by all the necessary parties.
