This permit will remain valid until November 30, 1995 and does <br />not allow for any change in scope of the permit. Please request inspection each 180 days to <br />document progress. <br />According to the 1991 Uniform Building Code, Section 303(d), "...the Building Official may <br />extend the time for action by the permittee for a period not exceeding 180 days upon <br />written request by the permittee...
