Wall protection behind mop sinks must cover the <br /> entire splash zone. Plastic coated hardboard is not acceptable. <br /> l4. The floor must be surfaced with a durable, nonabsorbent, easily cleanable material. <br /> 15. Plumbing must meet state and local codes. <br /> 19. The ventilation system shall be installed and operated to meet applicable building, mechanical, and <br /> fire codes. <br /> Additionally please note that prior to operating permit issuance and approval to open the pool and spa, <br /> plans and specifications for the pool and spa must be submitted to the Health District for review. After <br /> tlie Health District plan review process for the pool and spa is completed and construction is finished, <br /> the Health District permit application process must be completed and a preoperational inspection must <br /> be conducted. At the time of inspection the <br /> construction of the food service establishment must be complete and all equipment must be in place. <br /> Incemplete construction may result in a �149.00 reinspection fee.
