EXECUTIVE SUMMARY <br /> This site will construct a 3,800 sf Commercial Space addition to Stadium Flowers at the <br /> northwest corner of Broadway and 37th Street within the City of Everett. <br /> This site is located within the Combined/ Sanitary system of the City of Everett. See the <br /> Attached Interim Policy of Stormwater Control in the Combined Sewer Area. This site <br /> will add approximately 1,244 sf of new impervious surface and is subject to Minimum <br /> Requirements 1 through 5 per Figure 2.1 Volume I—Minimum Technical Requirements <br /> of the City of Everett Stormwater Management Manual. <br /> The existing drainage pattern will remain the same. <br /> TESC (temporary erosion sedimentation control)measures consist of replanting of <br /> ground cover and silt fencing where necessary. <br /> Wetland areas have not been found on site. <br /> There are no deviations, modifications, or waivers for the property development. <br /> f <br />
