INTRODUCTION <br /> This site is located within the Combined/Sanitary system of the City of Everett. See the <br /> Attached Interim Policy of Stormwater Control in the Combined Sewer Area. This site <br /> will add approximately 1,244 sf of new impervious surface and is subject to Minimum <br /> Requirements 1 through 5 per Figure 2.1 Volume I—Minimum Technical Requirements <br /> of the City of Everett Stormwater Management Manual. Note the site improvements are <br /> less than 2,000 sf and are not subject to flow control requirements. <br /> This report is intended as satisfying the Minimum Requirements 1 through 5 for the City <br /> of Everett Stormwater Management Manual. <br /> Minimum Requirement#1: Stormwater Site Plan Preparation <br /> See attached Drainage, C-SWPPP and SFR Site Plan as prepared by BRL Services LLC <br /> dated 9/14/2017 <br /> The project is for the construction of an addition to the Stadium Flowers commercial site. <br /> The Following is a site breakdown of Impervious and Pervious Surfaces: <br /> New Addition Site Area = 0.18 ac or 8,004 sf <br /> Existing Impervious <br /> Ex. Building = 1,285 sf(prior to demolition) <br /> Ex. Pavement =4,819 sf <br /> Total = 6,104 sf <br /> Proposed Impervious <br /> Proposed Building = 3,800 sf <br /> Proposed Parking/DW = 3,058 sf <br /> Proposed Sidewalk = 490 sf <br /> Total = 7,348 sf <br /> Note: New Impervious Surface=7,348 sf—6,104 sf= 1,244 sf <br /> Minimum Requirement#2: Construction Stormwater Pollution Prevention <br /> C- SWPPs Elements#1-12 are required. <br /> 1. Clearing limits will be marked with high visibility fence; <br /> 2. Construction entrance will utilize the existing gravel driveway accesses. <br /> 3. There is a minor potential for soil erosion since the adjacent property is <br /> downstream of the site. The intent is to install a silt-fencing and provide <br /> ground cover for all denuded areas. <br /> j�. d yy <br />
