All birdbath or pooling areas shall be brought to design grade with approved asphaltic concrete <br /> mixture. All high spots shall be worked to design grade with the use of approved machinery for <br /> this purpose. All areas determined by Landscape Architect to be too high or low for shall be <br /> removed and replaced to proper design elevation and grade. Contractor shall apply a seal coat <br /> after this remedial work to give the track a uniform finish look. All remedial work shall be <br /> done at no extra cost to Owner. <br /> 3.5 CLEANING <br /> A. After completion of paving operations,clean surfaces of excess or spilled asphaltic materials. <br /> B.
