Any concrete not formed as indicated or which is not in alignment or in compliance with grading <br /> tolerances specified herein shall be removed and replaced by the Contractor at his expense. <br /> Surfaces that show excessive shrinkage, cracks, or improper curing shall be removed and <br /> replaced by the Contractor at his expense. <br /> 3.11 Concrete Repairs: <br /> A. Use 1:3 cement-sand grout to fix defects in curbs where applicable. <br /> B. Repair or remove concrete where curb surfaces are not to specifications. Landscape Architect <br /> shall check finished concrete with Owner for approval. <br /> 3.12 Clean Up: <br /> A. Contractor shall keep his workspace free of tools and other possible pedestrian hazards at the end <br /> of each workday.
