Prior to start of installation Contractor shall provide a topographical survey of the sub base. <br /> B. Contractor shall verify rock base surface for dimensional accuracy, surface preparation and <br /> planarity. Notify Landscape Architect of any deficiencies. <br /> C. The sub base finished surface shall not vary more than %" measured in any direction as gauged <br /> from a straight line or straight edge and shall be within .02'+/- from specified design elevations at <br /> all points. <br /> D. Beginning installation stipulates Shock Pad installer accepts the condition of the base as being <br /> suitable for installation of the materials as per design and specifications. <br /> 2.3 INSTALLATION METHOD/EXECUTION <br /> 1. Per manufacturer written specifications <br /> 2.4 WARRANTY <br /> A. Provide an insured Warranty from the Manufacturer and Installation Contractor. The Warranty <br /> shall cover playability,usability and condition of the playfield for a period of no less than eight(8) <br /> years from date of Final Completion. Warranty coverage shall not be contingent on the amount of <br /> usage for which the field is designed. <br /> B. The Insured Warranty shall include provisions requiring Manufacturer and Installer to pay costs of <br /> rental and transportation for the use of alternate sights should the field become, in the opinion of <br /> the owner, unsafe or unusable due to failures of materials or workmanship. This provision shall <br /> cover the use by all school and community scheduled users. <br /> C. Warranty shall include: <br /> 1. Warranty shall include all materials,methods and workmanship. <br /> 2.
