Turf Warranty Documents <br /> a. Executed copy of the non-prorated Manufacturer's Warranty in Owner's name and <br /> registers the inception date. NOTE: All warranties are contingent on the full payment by <br /> the Owner of all pertinent invoices. <br /> I b. ACORD certificate for Warranty Insurance Carrier, Certificate of Authority for Carrier to <br /> conduct business in the State,and A.M.Best rating for the Insurance Carrier. <br /> c. Executed copy of the complete Warranty Insurance Policy that names Owner as a <br /> Certificate Holder and confirms Owner's direct access to Carrier for full rights and <br /> remedies under the Manufacturer's Warranty, even in the event Turf Manufacturer <br /> (Insured Party)is bankrupt, out of business or otherwise unable to perform. <br /> 111 d. Insurance Carrier's confirming letter or Binder that the policy is in force, that it is non- <br /> cancelable and an acknowledgement that the premiums have been pre-paid for the full 8- <br /> years Term. <br /> i e. As per the Manufacturer's Warranty the combined infilled turf and elastic-layer system <br /> must maintain an ASTM F 355, Method A G-max of less than 150 for the life of the <br /> warranty period. <br /> 111 <br /> NOTE: The Owner agrees that the field will be maintained immediately prior to G-max testing per <br /> prescribed procedures in the Turf Maintenance Manual for field sweeping and grooming to include <br /> adding and brushing-in additional infill mixture in all low areas. <br /> li <br /> 3.8 ADDITIONAL TURF MAINTENANCE MATERIALS: <br /> MA. The below listed materials shall be furnished to the Owner for routine maintenance and for use in <br /> making emergency repairs: <br /> 1. Granulated Rubber Infill—one(1) `super-sack' weight: 2,000 pounds. <br /> 11 2. Sand Infill—minimum of 750 pounds in a partially filled,resealed"super-sack" <br /> 3. Green Turf Fabrics — minimum of 550 SF of turf fabric pieces, as rolled with a <br /> waterproof wrapping and affixed with an inventory card. May be roll-ends,but the smallest piece <br /> shall be no less than 3' wide x 5' length and one piece shall be at least 15' wide x 30' length. A <br /> representative ratio of both colors shall be included. <br /> IL.1 4. WhiteTurf Fabric—one piece minimum of 15' wide x 7-1/2' length and one piece minimum of 4- <br /> 1/2' wide x 6-1/2' length. <br /> 5. White Turf Stripe—4"wide x 50' length* <br /> 6. Yellow Turf Stripe—4"wide x 50' length* <br /> 7. Seaming Tape— 12' wide x 100' length* <br /> 8. Seaming Adhesive—3 unopened, 1-gallon cans <br /> 9. Sewing Thread—lA pound partial spool <br /> 10. Sail maker's Curved Needles—3 each <br /> Items may be combined inside a waterproof wrapping and affixed with an inventory card. <br /> INFILLED SYNTHETIC TURF 32 1822-9 <br />
