CASCADE HIGH SCHOOL SYNTHETIC TURF FIELD <br /> EVERETT PUBLIC SCHOOL 09/12/2013 <br /> 1) 3 to 4 months prior to the expiration of the Warranty Period, such that any <br /> necessary, covered repairs can be completed prior to warranty expiration. <br /> 2) Near the time of the Pt and 3r1 anniversaries of the initial installation. The test <br /> interval results are not really to measure product failure or contract compliance, but <br /> rather to serve as milestones to ascertain the validity of Owner's ongoing <br /> maintenance program and procedures. <br /> b. At Substantial Completion the G-max Average shall not exceed 125 G's with any single <br /> location value in excess of 130. Submit three (3) copies of the G-max test report to the <br /> Owner's Representative prior to the date of Substantial Completion. 111 <br /> c. During the first five (5) years the infilled synthetic turf system shall remain in the G-rnax <br /> Average range of 130-150 G's. <br /> d. At no time during the eight year warranty period shall the G-max Average for the field <br /> exceed 175. <br /> 3.6 CLEANUP 1 <br /> A. The Synthetic Turf Contractor shall provide labor, supplies and equipment as necessary for final <br /> cleaning of surfaces and installed items. <br /> B. All usable remnants of new material shall become the property of the Owner. <br /> C. The Synthetic Turf Contractor shall keep the work areas clean and clear of debris throughout the <br /> project. Clean surfaces, recesses, enclosures, etc., as necessary to leave the work, field and running <br /> track area in a clean immaculate condition ready for immediate use by the Owner. <br /> D. Before final payment Contractor will deliver to Owner a CAD produced As-Built Drawing of his work. <br /> 3.7 PROJECT CLOSEOUT <br /> A. The Synthetic Turf Manufacturer/Contractor shall provide four(4) sets of well-organized and tabbed, 3- <br /> ring binders containing the following: <br /> 1. Turf Technical Information: <br /> a. Product Specifications, cut-sheets,etc. <br /> b. Turf fabric test results (QC test data for produced fabric rolls previously sent prior to <br /> shipment) <br /> 2. Turf Maintenance and Operations Manuals, which shall include all necessary instructions for the <br /> proper care and preventive maintenance of the turf system, including painting and markings, <br /> cleaning and grooming, minor repairs,snow removal, etc. Also include attendance rosters from <br /> training classes for Owner's Maintenance Staff. <br /> 3. Project Record Documents: <br /> a. Executed copy of Base Acceptance Certificate <br /> b. Executed copy of Substantial Completion Certificate with signed-off Punch List,if any. <br /> c. Initial G-max Test Report <br /> d. Drawings: Reduced-size prints (11" X 17") of As-Built Shop Drawings that records with <br /> dimensions the locations of turf fabric seams, drainage fixtures, turf cut-outs, inlaid <br /> 1NFILLED SYNTHETIC TURF 32 1822-8 <br />
