SUMMARY OF THE WORK <br /> 010100 - 3 <br /> 1. Access and safety for students, school district employees,parents and others <br /> involved in the operation of school. <br /> 2. Access to existing buildings and public safety as required by governing <br /> agencies. <br /> 3. Time required for notice to schedule work in occupied areas (min. 48 hours). <br /> 4. Coordination and cooperation in all phases of the work with the Architect, <br /> Everett School District,principal and district staff. <br /> 5. Students will have full access to the site outside of the construction areas <br /> which will be fenced in by the General Contractor. It will be the <br /> Contractor's responsibility to provide gate operators and spotters to avoid <br /> conflicts between student access and movement of equipment, materials, <br /> vehicles,personnel, etc. <br /> 6.
