SCHEDULES, REPORTS <br /> 013100 - 1 <br /> SECTION 013100- SCHEDULES, REPORTS <br /> 1. GENERAL <br /> 1.1. Related Documents: Drawings and general provisions of Contract, including <br /> General Conditions, Special Conditions and other Division-1 Specification <br /> sections apply to work of this section. <br /> 1.2. Coordination: Coordinate both the listing and timing of reports and other activities <br /> required by provisions of this and other sections, so as to provide consistency and <br /> logical coordination between the reports. Maintain coordination and correlation <br /> between separate reports by updating at monthly or shorter time intervals. Make <br /> appropriate distribution of each report and updated report to all parties involved in <br /> the work including the Architect/Engineer and Owner. In particular,provide close <br /> coordination of the progress schedule, schedule of values, listing of subcontracts, <br /> schedule of submittals,progress reports, and payment requests. <br /> 2. PROGRESS SCHEDULE <br /> 2.1. Preliminary Progress Schedule: Submit four copies of preliminary progress <br /> schedule to the Architect not more than 10 days after the issuance of the Notice <br /> To Proceed. The Architect shall return one copy within(10) days with comments, <br /> and may reject in whole or in part the schedule as submitted. Revise and resubmit <br /> as necessary until acceptance by Architect. <br /> 2.2. Progress Schedule: Within 30 days of issuance of the Notice To Proceed submit <br /> seven copies of the progress schedule based on the preliminary progress schedule <br /> and Architect's comments. Initial progress payment may be withheld until a <br /> progress schedule satisfactory to the Architect has been submitted. <br /> 3. PROGRESS MEETINGS, REPORTING <br /> 3.1. General: In addition to specific coordination and pre-installation meetings for <br /> each element of work, and other regular project meetings held for other purposes, <br /> hold a general progress meeting each week. Require each entity then involved in <br /> planning, coordination or performance of work to be properly represented at each <br /> meeting. <br /> Review each entity's present and future needs including interface requirements, <br /> time, sequences, deliveries, access, site utilization, temporary facilities and <br /> services, hours of work,hazards and risks, housekeeping, change orders, and <br /> documentation of information for payment requests. Discuss whether each <br /> element of current work is ahead of schedule, on time, or behind schedule in <br /> relation with updated progress schedule. Determine how behind-schedule work <br /> will be expedited and secure commitments from entities involved in doing so. <br /> Discuss whether schedule revisions are required to ensure that current work and <br /> subsequent work will be completed within Contract Time. Review everything of <br /> significance, which could affect progress of the work. <br /> 02/19/13 <br />
