SCHEDULES, REPORTS <br /> 013100 -2 <br /> 1. Initial Progress Meeting: Schedule initial progress meeting(recognized as <br /> "Pre-Construction Meeting")before starting construction, at a time <br /> convenient to the Contractor, Owner, and Architect, but no later than 15 <br /> days after the Notice To Proceed. Use it as an organizational meeting, <br /> review responsibilities,personnel assignments, and communication chain. <br /> 2. Reporting: Within 3 days after each progress meeting date, distribute <br /> copies of minutes-of-the-meeting to each entity present and to others who <br /> should have been present. Include a brief summary(in narrative form) of <br /> progress of the work since previous meeting and report. The Owner's <br /> Representative will also make his meeting notes available to all parties. <br /> 3. Schedule Updating: Immediately following each progress meeting, where <br /> revisions to progress schedule have been made or recognized, revise <br /> progress schedule.
