Please review and respond to the comments below. <br /> Plan review will resume when the requested information is submitted. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, please mail or deliver two printed <br /> sets of revisions, with a response letter including the permit number, the name of the plan <br /> reviewer, and how the comments below have been resolved on the drawings. Please cloud and <br /> triangle (delta) areas of revisions on the drawings, and add a triangle for the overall revision to <br /> the title block with the revision date. All revisions require the person delivering the drawings to <br /> replace revisions into the two review sets here at our offices. For significant revisions, please <br /> provide two full replacement sets. If the revisions are coming directly by mail or from the blue- <br /> printer, please make arrangements to print two complete replacement sets. <br /> All required submittals must be of sufficient detail and information to ensure that the proposed <br /> structures will be constructed in compliance with all adopted codes, with two sets of drawings <br /> submitted for revisions. <br /> Additional revisions or additions may be required by other departments (such as Building <br /> Structural, Public Works, Utilities, Planning, or Fire). <br /> General <br /> 1. The method of compliance with the IEBC should be identified in the code analysis, to <br /> include whether it is prescriptive, work area, or performance compliance. For the <br /> purpose of this plan review, I will assume work area method, Level III alterations for the <br /> change of occupancy to the residences and leasing office. <br /> 2. If the cost of the building enclosure revisions exceeds 5% of the Snohomish County <br /> Assessor's market improvement value (per building), the following drawing revisions are <br /> required: <br /> a. Building enclosure design documents per RCW 64.55.020 (1) and (2) as follows. <br /> i.
