b. A Public Works Permit is required to accompany the demolition permit for the project site. <br /> Detailed drawings in accordance with the current City of Everett Design and Construction <br /> Standards and Specifications for Development shall be submitted to the Public-Works <br /> Department, showing any/all utilities revisions(including cap-offs),temporary construction <br /> erosion and sedimentation control(TESC),and any stormwater discharge. Public Works <br /> Department approval of these drawings is required prior to any permits being issued. All <br /> construction shall be completed,inspected,and approved by the Public Works Inspector,prior to <br /> final approval being granted. <br /> c. For all existing side sewers serving on the property, a Utility Permit for Side Sewer Cap-Off must <br /> first be obtained from the Permit Services Counter prior to demolition the building. Side sewers <br /> shall be capped at the property line of the subject property. <br /> 2. Please physically disconnect any water services and cap at the back side of the City meter prior to <br /> demolition of any buildings. <br /> 3. Temporary erosion control measures for construction activity must be operational prior to <br /> commencement of any clearing,demolition,or earthwork. <br /> 4. Demolition debris shall not be allowed to enter the storm drainage system. <br /> 5. If any construction dewatering is to discharge to the sewer main,a discharge authorization may be <br /> required to be obtained from the City. Construction plans must address if this will take place so the <br /> proper processing can take place during formal review for permit approval. <br /> 6. Ensure that no material or debris from demolition impacts City of Everett roadways. <br /> 7. A haul route will be required to be submitted to the City of Everett prior to permit issuance. Contact the <br /> Traffic Engineering Department for Street Use Permits and any required Oversize Load Permits at 425- <br /> 257-8810(press Option 7 for Traffic). <br /> 8. Proper rodent abatement shall be implemented prior to demolition of the existing building. <br /> Final MDN PA#16-021 <br />
