Said elevation will permanently reducc the leke elevation three inches lower than the lake elevation survey. Last: In a letter to us (distributed to some of our neighbors by you, or Jim Oranne) you stated that the City has received a number of complaints this last year related to the lake outfall. Utiliring public disclosure la�vs, we made a fortnal request for copies of those verbal or written complaints. Given that no information has yet been received by us, are we to conclude that there are no complaint�?
