Install new pre-finished metal sill pan with finish to be compatible with new polyurethane deck coatinq. <br />Sill pan shall be com�lete with 3/a" back dam. Door installation shall include intec�ral flashinqs, shims with <br />intermiitent sealants at sill and other details as described on drawin�. Install existing slidin�qlass door. <br />7. Install new metal flashing at deck edges, intersections and at deck to wall interface in preparation for <br />new elastomeric deck coating. <br />8. Install new butyl SAF (self adhered flashing) over new metal flashings. <br />9. Prepare existing deck surface as recommended by deck waterproofing manufacturer. Install mock up of <br />new deck coating and perform pull-test to confirm compatibility and adhesion to existing deck membrane. <br />10. Install new polyurethane Deck Coating per manufacturer's instructions. <br />1 1. Install new Base WRB (Weather Resistive Barrier) shingle fashion over all wall surfaces, integrating with <br />existing WRB with approved sealants. <br />1 2. Install 2 layers of 60 minute Grade D WRB as needed to match existing. <br />13. Install new fiber cement lap siding and trims at exposed areas to match existing. <br />14. Prep, prime and paint new lap siding to match existing. <br />15. After installation of elastomeric coating around intermediate deck support posts, install WRB continuously <br />around post. Install trim over posts to underside of deck above. Apply sealant at termination points of <br />WRB. <br />16. Install exterior trim over WRB at posts. Provide sealant at top piece to prevent moisture intrusion behind <br />WRB wrapped post. <br />17. Replace guardrails with new pre finished aluminum picket guardrails. Guard rails shall be designed by <br />the manufacturer's Washington State licensed engineer. Engineering shall conform to applicable codes. <br />Framing shall be upgraded if required by manufacturer installation instructions. <br />Exterior wall repairs <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />At locations of water intrusion behind cladding resulting in damage, the cladding will be removed to the <br />next logical break point to repair wall framing and sheathing. <br />Exterior trim should be replaced in full lengths as applicable. <br />Remove all wet and unsalvageable building materials from the site. Completely dry affected areas. Spray <br />Bora-Care with Mold-Care according to the application directions on all structural wood and cellulosic <br />building materials, including sheet rock. Allow to dry before rebuilding. <br />The contractor will replace any damaged framing with appropriate materials at these locations. <br />All wall repairs will be part of the project contingency. <br />Contin�ency for additional Repair <br />Contractor shall include 15% contingency for additional repairs as discovered during remediation. <br />Mock-up Requirements and Acceptable Products: <br />• Mock up review of installation by�2 Consultants is required before cover. <br />LIMITED SCOPE OF REPAIR 3 <br />
