December 19, 2018 <br /> AGREEMENT — DIGITAL MARKETING CAMPAIGN. <br /> Moved by Council Member Moore, seconded by Council Member <br /> Vogeli, to authorize the Mayor to sign the Professional Services <br /> Agreement with Gibson Media for digital marketing campaigns. <br /> Council Member Stonecipher requested a proposed marketing plan, <br /> information regarding marketing campaign efficiency, and return on <br /> investment be presented to Council when available. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council Member <br /> Bader who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED — SNOHOMISH COUNTY TOURISM <br /> PROMOTION AREA <br /> Amendment No. 1 to the Interlocal Agreement authorizing <br /> establishment of the Snohomish County Tourism Promotion Area. <br /> Council Member Stonecipher expressed her concerns regarding the <br /> governance of the board and a lack of City representation. She also <br /> requested a feasibility study be provided to Council. <br /> Council Member Murphy reminded that he requested additional information, <br /> at the last council meeting. <br /> Moved by Council Member Stonecipher, seconded by Council Member <br /> Murphy, to table this item until additional information is presented to <br /> the Council. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council Member <br /> Bader who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 417 <br />
