Please note that these comments are compiled from Public Works <br /> reviewers for the Public Works (civil) plans only. Please resubmit the following items to the Permit Services Counter with your <br /> resubmittal once all requested revisions have been made: <br /> i. Transmittal Sheet: (1) available online at https://everettwa.gov/Permits or at the <br /> Permit Counter-2"d Floor, 3200 Cedar Street. <br /> ii. Plans: (4) sets of revised plans plus original City Markups. <br /> iii. Drainage Report: (2) copies of revised drainage report. <br /> iv. Easement Form: (1) copy of updated easement form for water easement with <br /> legal description and exhibit attached for review (see redlines below). For an <br /> electronic version of this form, please email Sabrina at SFandler@everettwa.gov. <br /> Signing of this form must be notarized and can take place at the permit counter if <br /> needed, typically done at the time of permit issuance for convenience to the <br /> owner. <br /> v. Cost Estimate for Permit Fee Calculation Form: (1) copy of cost estimate form <br /> filled out for the City to use to calculate the Public Works Permit Fee. <br /> vi.
