EXHIBIT B <br /> SCHEDULE OF PAYMENTS <br /> The City will pay$2,500 to the Contractor after the completion the following: <br /> • Initial research and submittal of report (EXHIBIT A, B.2) and delivery of invoice to the City by the <br /> Contractor. <br /> The City will pay$2,500 to the Contractor after the completion of all of the following: <br /> • Community stakeholder meeting and meeting with Everett Transit and City Engineering staff <br /> (EXHIBIT A, B.3) <br /> • Community meeting with presentation of design concepts and approval by Everett Transit <br /> Program Manager in writing of all of Contractor's design concepts (EXHIBIT A, B.4 AND B.5) and <br /> delivery of invoice to the City by the Contractor. <br /> The City will pay$2,500 to the Contractor after the completion of all of the following: <br /> • Delivery of preliminary design and engineering drawings and delivery of invoice to the City by <br /> the Contractor. <br /> The City will pay$7,500 to the Contractor after the completion of all of the following: <br /> • Final design and stamped engineering drawings, materials specifications,fabrication and <br /> installation budget, and installation timeline, approved by Everett Transit Program Manager and <br /> City Engineers (EXHIBIT A, B.6. B.7. AND B.8) and delivery of invoice to the City by the <br /> Contractor. <br /> The Contractor shall be responsible for payment of all applicable local, state and federal taxes. <br />
