The Applicant shall provide at least one sign between Building A and the buffer <br /> informing the public that public parking for trail use is allowed in designated <br /> areas. The sign(s) may include reasonable limitations such as limiting the use <br /> of parking to daytime hours and limiting public parking to certain areas. <br /> Details of the sign shall be included on the building permit plan set. <br /> 30. Prior to certificate of occupancy, the Applicant shall provide the City with a <br /> two-year landscaping maintenance security. <br /> 31. Covenants to be recorded with the Binding Site Plan shall be submitted with <br /> the final Binding Site Plan application, and shall identify common facilities and <br /> include provisions for their use and maintenance. <br /> Conditions based on Fire Department submittals <br /> 32. The project shall comply with all applicable International Fire Code standards <br /> and Fire Department Policies. For the benefit of the developer, the Fire <br /> Department has identified the key applicable standards based on the <br /> preliminary designs and current regulations (Exhibit 15b). <br /> Additional Condition <br /> 33.
