ATTACHMENT F <br /> Section B. Definitions <br /> For purposes of this grant condition: <br /> A. "Employee"means either: <br /> 1. An individual employed by the grantee or by a subgrantee who is engaged in the performance of <br /> the project or program under this award; or <br /> 2. Another person engaged in the performance of the project or program under this award, whether <br /> or not compensated with award funds, including, but not limited to, a volunteer,an individual whose <br /> services are contributed by a third party as an in-kind contribution toward cost sharing or matching <br /> requirements, or an agent(including a labor recruiter or broker). <br /> B. "Forced labor" means labor obtained by any of the following methods: the recruitment, harboring, <br /> transportation, provision, or obtaining of a person for labor or services,through the use of force,fraud, <br /> or coercion for the purpose of subjection to involuntary servitude, peonage, debt bondage, or slavery. <br /> C.
